Slow cooked middle eastern flavours veggie soup
Ingrediants
•leftover veggies (i used sugar loaf, carrot, potato, tomato, capsicum, spring onion, brown onion & garlic)
•fresh herbs (i used oregano, basil, parsley, rosemary & thyme)
•harrissa
•sumac
•salt & pepper
•veggie stock
•ground cinamon
•cumin
Method
•combine veggies n stock in a pot
•add desired ammount of herbs & spices
•bring to the boil and then simmer for an hour or 2
